I had used Trac 0.10.4 for awhile before upgrading to 0.11. How to Speed Up Fullscreen Flash Playback in Linux

Hardware acceleration is not available in fullscreen mode for Linux yet, at least not with Adobe’s Flash 9.x plugin.
